I appreciate your interest in me. While this page is not intended to be a complete autobiography, you’ll find a few highlighted accomplishments and anecdotes which sum up my interests.
Business Interests
I am a fan and torch bearer for the internal marketing communications movement. Communicating inward is a developing discipline in most large organizations. Correctly conveying messages is not just a marketing endeavor that concerns customers; employees are just as -- if not more -- invested in a company’s identity. Channels for successful dissemination still require construction in a vast number of organizations.
Research Interests
Neuroleadership is here; it’s also the future of leadership study. Understanding how the brain affects leadership decisions as well as how to shape the brain to make better decisions are important areas that require resources and time to fully satisfy.
Personal Interests
I enjoy free diving and spear fishing, and have spent numerous collective years around boats. I have traveled to several countries as well as throughout the US for both work and relaxation. I also manage and play in a year-round competitive softball league.
